The CCBR serves the community by providing
referrals, supplying agency information and connecting volunteers
to agencies.
The CCBR has brought in $590,000 in
grants with another $500,000 pending.
The CCBR has served as the catalyst
in partnering local agencies to bring research-based prevention
programs to Boys & Girls Club, Dulac Community Center and Circle
of H.O.P.E. in Thibodaux.
The CCBR has provided a research-based
prevention program to local churches.
The CCBR has served as the facilitator
for a "Directors Network" uniting directors of Child Care
Centers.
